5 Hacks to Grow your Facebook Page Organically

Everyone knows how hard it is to grow your Facebook organically these days. The thought that you have to pay to play on Facebook drives me crazy! So I hunted and hunted and found that these Facebook hacks below do work! I would love to hear what has worked for you, so please do comment below!

1. My Favourite hack to grow Facebook page organically is to Invite To Like

If someone has already liked your content, there is definitely a higher chance of them liking your page. So invite them! This hack is my favourite, and has substantially helped grow accounts I have worked on in the past.

Click the “like” area where all your likes are listed. It can be found near the bottom of your post.

Then invite all users that have not already liked your page.

Could it get any easier?!?

2. Tag Followers

Tag Followers that are “super” fans and that you have a good relationship with in your comments. This is great at building engagement and it gets the conversation going. Bonus – Make sure to ask a question for more engagement.

3. Use targeted audiences in your posts.

This is dependent on the number of your fans that are on your page, and it does work best if you cover a range of topics.  If you do cover a lot of different topics on your page and have a fair number of followers this works like a charm.

If you have not activated target audiences, this can be done under settings.

Then when you’re creating your post click change your settings from public to news feed targeting.

Then add the elements that you wish, this could be targeted by interests by age, gender, or language. It might seem odd to not show your posts to “all” your followers, but the thing you want to keep in mind is that at least this gives you the option of showing your post to people who would be most interested in seeing it.

Bam! There you go. I would suggest to test it out and see if it works out better for YOUR page. Every account is different and while this works great for some it might not work for you.

4. Engage, engage, engage is the easiest way to grow Facebook page organically

Check out other pages that are in your niche. Leave an insightful comment showing off your expertise. Make sure that you have left the comment under your page and not your personal account. This slowly brings people to check out your page and hopefully leave some love.

5. Groups

Groups are a great way to connect with others in your niche. They are also very helpful for creating blog posts ideas as you can create posts around issues people in your niche have. Make sure you join groups that are focused in your niche otherwise it won’t be worth your time.

Bonus! Post Videos and Participate in Facebook Live

Currently, Facebook is more likely to show your video posts more so than any other content. When you do post a video make sure you pick a “searchable” title, utilize tags and descriptions. Facebook has been notifying for Facebook live so this is a great way to be seen and even if they don’t join your live, its a gentle reminder of your brand.
